It’s not the visit that I was unhappy about. It is the car. A person spending that large amount of money should be able to have confidence that a new vehicle will give them at a minimum of 100,000 miles. My escort I purchased from you new gave me almost 200,000 before I gave it to my son. My husband bought a ranger and is still driving it at almost 200,000. We take care of maintenance on our vehicles. Dane was very helpful, the problem is the car. I feel that the transmission module has been out a long time and never addressed until the car went crazy on the road. Kudos to Dane who was extremely helpful. The car runs fine now so I cannot give a service rating as I have not put even 200 miles on it yet.
