The service was excellent, they addressed and answered my questions. The service tech was friendly and easy to talk with. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They’ve had my car 3 times before hopefully figuring out the issue. They’ve had my car for 1.5 weeks and still haven’t gotten it in to be looked at amd don’t expect to now until they’ve had it 2 weeks. Very the issue. Brought in my new 2020 Ford Escape for horn not always working. I did explain that it did work sometimes.. Picked up car yesterday after Dane called and said the horn had been fixed and that it just wasn' working. I did explain that it did work sometimes.. I tried the horn about half the way home and got a small chirp and then nothing! More
