My truck is still leaking fluid. I paid $140 for a full diagnostic and had some things replaced, but I still have to add coolant every few days. I'm on a fixed income and have to pre-plan my repairs. At first, I wasn't even offered a discount when I was told what had happened and when I brought it up I was made to feel as though it was my own fault that the rear window hinges broke off because they were in bad shape. So then I left the service area and went in through the sales area and I asked to speak with the general manager but for some reason he wouldn't see me and he had me sent to the service manager. I spoke to the service manager and he took off $200 in labor for a repair that I felt wasn't my fault nor had I planned on. Because the situation was taken care of and I was made to feel that I was appreciated as a customer, I will be going back in the future. More
