After you and Kris talked and we paid for the entire service bill of items that are not covered in the Complementary Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty, we took you at your word that day that you were happy. Again, sorry we let you down. The brakes measured out at 6mm in the front and 8mm in the back so they were not in need of replacement.
