I have bought all my vehicles and have had them serviced at Tenvoorde Ford, which is the 1st Ford Motor Company dealership in the country. AND...I live in metro Minneapolis. Prices are consistently low but low price is only worth it if the quality is still good. I frequently had to return with my car after getting work done. The employees are rude, condescending, and defensive it if the quality is still good. I frequently had to return with my car after getting work done. The employees are rude, condescending, and defensive when it comes to taking any responsibility for errors. The last time I was there I dealt with all of this as well as witnessed an employee treat a customer very disrespectfully. This customer was not well fluent in English and the employees response to the language barrier was extremely & overtly disrespectful. Ford has lost me as a customer permanently. More

I’ve never had any bad experiences bringing my Ford’s here and they always been able to figure out any issue I’ve had.
