Oil change great…timely. Unfortunately, at pick up time a tar resurfacing crew had sprayed my car. Detainers rushed and did a poor job cleaning it. Worst service ever took 4 times before diagnosed issue correctly. Every time I was calling back because same issue existed within less than 24hrs. Service department has no customer service skills and Ne correctly. Every time I was calling back because same issue existed within less than 24hrs. Service department has no customer service skills and Never used the words I’m sorry. Don’t follow through on phone calls and tell you it was a busy day. As a customer I’m sorry I don’t care if your busy with other cars after how many times does it take to become a priority. Would never recommend to anyone. More
