Service advisor Mike that the turbo will need to be replaced. Technician Jason did the repair in the most timely manner. He explained that while doing the test drive, he noticed that the front tires we replaced. Technician Jason did the repair in the most timely manner. All repairs are completed and I'm satisfied with how the F250 with a 7.3 diesel is running. I trust the staff that worked with me. More

I was slightly frustrated with the service department because there seemed to be a lapse in communication when I arrived for my appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t live or work in St. Cloud and when the because there seemed to be a lapse in communication when I arrived for my appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t live or work in St. Cloud and when the service department fixed my car the first time, they ended up missing something so I ended up coming down an additional time. Mike in the service department made all the difference though and was so polite and respectful. He made sure, despite my frustrating initial experience, that the rest was going to be taken care of. If it hadn’t been for Mike, I don’t think I would come back to Tenvoorde for service. More
