I was just a little disappointed that I could not get a rental car , when my car had to be there for 3 weeks. I was suppose to get paperwork sent to me about the work they did on my car, but never received rental car , when my car had to be there for 3 weeks. Techs found that oil plug had been stripped out and head mechanic fixed it with a oversized plug. Saved the cost of a new oil-pan. Genius ! mechanic fixed it with a oversized plug. Saved the cost of a new oil-pan. Genius ! More
