Bought a 2020 Ford Escape. The Escape had some issues that needed fixing. I liked Zach’s personality and he is very good at his job. He said he’d keep in touch with me as to when I could pick the vehicle up. He never got back to me when he said he would. He had some personal issues so then it should had been turned over to another salesman. I am from out of town so it was another hour drive to go pick the Escape up. I was told my trade-in had issues - the power seat wasn’t working and it had a lot of rust underneath. I know a person that called about it and was told there were no issues with it and the rust was just surface rust. Seeing the price they listed it for I feel like they really “took” me for the trade-in. I’ve learned my lesson from buying on impulse. I love the Escape but I wished I would had checked elsewhere. Will not recommend this dealership. More
They were nice to deal with but didn’t listen when I told them the problem which then resulted in several extra trips. I’m an hour away so it costed a lot besides my time.
