I told you I didn’t want any more emails. I’m responding to yet another one. I scheduled the oil change with Mills Ford in Willmar where I will be going from now on. BTW, I just love your impersonal word counter. Perhaps if you had just one of the four or five ‘service reps’ paid for by customers perform ‘customer’ service your might have kept my business. I also took the time to communicate with Mr Tenvoorde about my dissatisfaction. Of course the response was from AI and I never heard from the guy with the name on the door. Sales department does not stand behind their word. ? When I bought my lariat 2018 took it for test ride told the salesman. There’s a problem with the front end we need to have it fixed. They did work on it but it was not solved but he changed the wording said they weren’t going to do anything more about it.. if I am not contacted by 1040s to fix the front end of this truck, it will not ever be back on that lot ever again. I do plan to buy one more new truck in the next five years right now I’m leaving towards a GMC. More
