They were friendly and when I said there was an issue with my backup camera and they didn't find it they tried again and it acted up. They ordered a different one, called when it came in and put it in with my backup camera and they didn't find it they tried again and it acted up. A couple months ago I had our 2016 Escape in for service work that was supposed to be covered by the Extended Warranty (through a third party) that we purchased when we bought the Escape. The warranty provi work that was supposed to be covered by the Extended Warranty (through a third party) that we purchased when we bought the Escape. The warranty provider would not cover the repairs because they said we didn't follow their approval process, which was disappointing to hear. I worked with Craig Schaefer, the Service Manager, to try to resolve this but with no success. However, Craig and Tenvoorde stepped up and covered the cost of the repair, which I am very appreciative of. I learned a good lesson about the extended warranty that you need to make sure you get approval before doing any covered repairs. Fortunately, it was not a painful lesson, thanks to Craig and Tenvoorde!! More
