100$ waste of time. I had just purchased my 2013 f 150 from tenvoorde less than 60 prior to my visit. I dropped my truck off mid day Monday, received the technicians serv I had just purchased my 2013 f 150 from tenvoorde less than 60 prior to my visit. I dropped my truck off mid day Monday, received the technicians service request early Tuesday. Which was to replace one ignition coil and all 6 plugs and boots. With this truck just reaching 150,000 miles and being purchased from the oldest ford dealership in the world. I guess I assumed. These types of things maybe have been looked at in an inspection of the vehicle before they had purchased it from someone, let alone sell it to a young possibly repeat customer. either way I found I could replace all 6 coils / boots / plugs. For around 300 dollars and an hour of time. I was quoted at 570 dollars. For the single coil. So I choose to replace them myself. Although still had to pay 100 for your technician to plug in his handheld. I will not be returning to this service center. Ever. And may never purchase another vehicle from this ford dealer ship, may I suggest you rethink your service policy on vehicular purchased from your dealership within 90 days. Employees treated me well. But your company washed their hands with me after I handed them my cash. Very poor customer service on fords part in my opinion. Really sad how much potential future business you lost for a 500 service charge. Sucks to suck. More

Got the job done. I have done business with Tenvoorde since 1993. Overall for the most part not too many negative things to say. ARE Topper bought through Tenvoorde Leaked - Issue Resolved I bought a 2017 Ford F150 XLT SuperCrew from Tenvoorde Ford in August 2017. I also purchased other accessories, including an ARE topper, through them I bought a 2017 Ford F150 XLT SuperCrew from Tenvoorde Ford in August 2017. I also purchased other accessories, including an ARE topper, through them and the topper was installed a month later. Chris, who is now in charge of accessories, etc., was not the one who sold the accessories to me, but he was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved. Because of the shape/design of the F150 and the topper, I was getting an inordinate amount of moisture (rain and snow) in the back of the truck which resulted in whatever was in the back of the truck under the topper getting very wet.. Chris contacted Nick, who installs the toppers for Tenvoorde to make him aware of the problem. Chris offered to install a seal kit at no cost to me. What stood out to me was that Chris knew it was an issue with the design of the topper and the truck, but said that he works for Tenvoorde Ford and because of the issues I was having he felt it necessary to make things right. That was Customer Service at it's highest level! Thank You Chris! More
