I tend to avoid the regular service department as it is not as convenient as the QuickLane: Appointments are rarely available the same day or even the same week, especially for warranty / recall work, and they always want to keep the vehicle most of the day, so kind of a hassle, but they do good work. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The work took longer than I expected, but I was warned that it might, so no problem there. One request: Please leave more detailed voicemails - if the vehicle is ready to pick up, say that in the voicemail so we don't waste the rest of the afternoon playing phone tag. More

My husband was going to get the oil changed in his truck two weeks prior and when he called it was a 3 hour wait. So he did go some place to get the oil changed. That is crazy!! This is no QUICKLANE!
