Again, I apologize for you having to come to the dealership twice to get your service taken care and the length of time it took to do the service. Since your vehicle was our first of this recall, we learned the hard way parts were not readily available and Ford understated the time it takes to complete the repair. Hopefully, the complementary vehicle used during service and the compensation we discussed over the phone makes up for the inconvenience.
