Don’t answer the phone Had a parted ordered for my truck. Set up appointment for it to be installed and recall to be done at same time. Don’t schedule me in if you can’t do the job.I don’t have time to keep coming over there so I wasn’t happy. More

Service work My daughter dropped off the vehicle on her way to work and she was told that there was no service scheduled. She left it and went to work. I received My daughter dropped off the vehicle on her way to work and she was told that there was no service scheduled. She left it and went to work. I received a call and said the heater switches are installed. I said what about the brake job and John said it's not scheduled. I said it should have been. So they also took care of it and called when it was done. My daughter brought it home after work and she informed me that no service was scheduled. I feel I should have received a call and discussed with me. That's part of great customer service. More
