Overall service was good We brought in our vehicle for an oil change around 10:30 on a Saturday and it wasn't done until 2:00. My husband was going to get the oil changed in his truck two weeks prior and when he called it was a 3 hour wait. So he did go some place to get the oil changed. That is crazy!! This is no QUICKLANE! Room for improvement I have a service plan that includes a wash every time that I bring it in. I have to remind them to wash it every time I come to pick it up, then the I have a service plan that includes a wash every time that I bring it in. I have to remind them to wash it every time I come to pick it up, then the wash is not very good so I usually have them run it threw a second time. This last time they told me the car wash was waiting for a part, which is a except able answer. However they wouldn't let me come back at a later date if I was in the area. They have some room for improvement at this location. More
