Customer Service - Top Notch I brought in one of my vehicles for routine maintenance (transmission flush), work was completed in a timely fashion, but something seemed strange on I brought in one of my vehicles for routine maintenance (transmission flush), work was completed in a timely fashion, but something seemed strange on my way home, I drove my vehicle the following day and still something funky, called in the following day and they said to bring it in right away to ensure no other issues. They brought it into the shop immediately and diagnosed the issue, end result which I had already looked at was the transmission fluid was a bit low just enough for the transmission to not shift properly. They topped it off, took it for another test drive and said it shifted fine now. Seems as though that when the flush was completed the machine removed more then it put back in by a 1/2 quart they said, so it was right on the edge of having enough, understandable. They were very prompt, drove it home and was happy, have put on several hundred miles since and no other issues. That's why I bring my vehicle there, they did the work, resolved any issues and end result - I'm happy and will go in again without any hesitation! More

Wind noise I have a recently purchased 2019 F-150 that has a severe wind noise from a quartered cross wind. This noise started after about 2000 miles once all parts seem to settle in. Tenvoorde Service has worked hard and tried several different approaches to fixing this including installing a complete new door seal. Their work has been fairly successful with some fine tuning needed. This has all been done with great work by Barry Jensen, the Service writer and mechanic. I had a 2015 F150 that the wind noise could never be fixed. I darn near did not buy another one due to this problem. This is not the dealers Service Center's fault. It is a design flaw by Ford Motor which is unforgiveable with all their engineers and wind tunnels. This is the sixth F-150 I have purchased since the design change. THIS IS NOT A CRITICAL REVIEW OF TENVOORDE SERVICE BUT OF A FORD MOTOR DESIGN PROBLEM. More

I requested a call back, but there was no response. After arrival we met with Barry, who has always been very helpful and efficient. Barry had no indication we had asked for him to call back and furthermore none of the updates we gave the scheduler were in Barry's computer. Over a two week wait to replace several steering bolts????????? Humbug! A RAV4 is in our near future. More
