Oil Change Went in for a Simple oil change. Was then told I needed a new drive belt with no explanation and that it would cost over $300. Just a simple “You nee Went in for a Simple oil change. Just a simple “You need it replaced, here is the cost, we can do it now.” Now other explanation as to why it needed to be replaced. I declined and took it to my own personal mechanic. He looked he belt over and found zero cracks, or wear in the belt and stated he belt looked brand new. I called and talked to a manager and he stated that they go off recommendation not how it actually looks. Not at al impressed with the customer service and will never go back More

Trying to charge $600 or so in labor alone is beyond ridiculous. Also she. I received my car back my paperwork was stamped “washed”, my car was not washed. When walking up to my car the hood was still ajar and I had to close it myself. And lastly my tire pressure was lower than before hand with fluids not being filled. My antifreeze levels were extremely low causing my car to overheat and causing myself personally to replace the thermostat within two weeks of bringing it into QuickLane. More

Recall work Jamie was great to work with... kept me up to date as the day progressed. This loaner process has gotten a lot more complicated. Tenvoorde used to throw me a set of keys, now you are basically renting a vehicle. The person I scheduled the appointment should have done a better job explaining the loaner process to me and I would have declined the loaner. One more thing - your car wash is awful. Highly recommend customers to decline the car wash.. If you get your vehicle washed, you will end up having to take it to another car wash to complete the job. More

I had my brakes done a couple of years ago, they are squeaking now and it’s 100$ to troubleshoot the problem. I use you for all repairs as does my wife, we’ve both purchased new tires from you.. just seems like there should be customer loyalty discount for smaller items such as troubleshooting squeaky brakes. Positive note, staff is always upfront, polite and professional and that’s what keeps us coming back. More
