We have brought our F550 service body truck in for routine maintenance since it was new, and use a fleet management company for payment. In three service visits the billing has never been done correctly. We have had to call in more than once per service visit to straighten this out, one time we had to make a personal visit to the billing department. The last visit we were told the truck shop was too busy to complete the recommended tire rotation. More

Dropped the truck off for warranty work and was questioned by the mechanic on how it happened, did not like the accusations that I was towing to heavy Dropped the truck off for warranty work and was questioned by the mechanic on how it happened, did not like the accusations that I was towing to heavy of a load when my camper only weighs 4,600 pounds. and the day I picked the truck up I told them what time I would be there and when I got there they gave me the keys I went out to the truck and it was covered with ice and snow it took about 20 minutes to clean it off, it would have been nice if it would have been brought inside to melt off, I guess once you buy the truck no need to be nice to the customer, a little nice goes a long way! More

Worst scheduling system ever experienced. Ever. Worst scheduling system ever experienced. Multiple attempts to schedule service with their out-of-town call center. Then when we do get scheduled it Worst scheduling system ever experienced. Multiple attempts to schedule service with their out-of-town call center. Then when we do get scheduled it gets messed up by the schedulers who really know little about operations at the dealership because they are off-site. Mike Tenvoorde needs get this fixed, it is a failure of his personal leadership with his family's dealership. Thank goodness for Jim Niemuth who is so good at fixing and working though the issues created by dealership leadership attempting to save profits at the expense of customer service. How about employing local people on the phones, in St. Cloud, the community the supported your dealership for over 100 years. More

Almost every time I have service work done here it is a poor exper This review is for experiences that have taken place over the last couple of years. Almost every time I have service work done here it is a poor experience, including on both my personal and work vehicles. On one occasion I made an appointment weeks in advance for a recall and was told the work would take 2-3 days. When I contacted them on the third day, I was told the work hadn't even been started. On another occasion I again made an appointment several weeks in advance for a recall. I dropped by vehicle off at 6 am. I received a call after arriving home an hour later saying they didn't have the part and would not be able to get it. When I picked up my vehicle I didn't even receive an apology. On a third occasion I needed my oil pan replaced, which was under warranty. I was told it would take a day when I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived, I was told it would take two days. I had already made arrangements for the vehicle to be there only one day. I am unsure of the service advisor I dealt with on each occasion. More
