I’ve always been treated very well in the service department. I had the Ford credit card for years, until it was closed because there was a replacement card. I also use the Ford rewards app. I get coupons in the mail regularly. I have never paid full price for an oil change before, or felt like I was trying to be sold things I didn’t need. This visit felt a bit different. The service rep was struggling to let me use a coupon on my oil change, and tried to get me to replace parts that I had just replaced within the year. I hope this is not how my services will be in the future. I’d hate to have to change after all these years. More

I'm not much of a car buying enthusiastic human being but when the husband found a Blueberry 2.0, he had to go look at it. The experience we had wasn't half bad. My husband worked with Zachary Stumpf. Zach is very personable, not as annoying as most car salesmen can be and put up with me on not just one day, but two. I enjoyed his sales tactics so much, I brought my son there two days later to buy himself a vehicle from Zach. In a few years, I might even be back to purchase a vehicle from Tenvoorde Ford for myself, and I will definitely be requesting Zach as my sales guy. I would happily recommend Tenvoorde Ford to friends and family, as well as mentioning to having Zach help them on their car buying quest.
