Barry Jensen was fantastic. The dealership leadership was not. I was sold a bumper to bumper extended warranty that the sales staff said covered everything. It doesn't. They need to explain to customers that if the dealership breaks a bolt during a repair, that it's not covered. The dealership also failed to take care of a repeat customer. The dealership service tech broke a bolt, resulting in my having to pay for something they broke. The dealership should have taken care of their repeat customer and either significantly reduced the repair cost or taken care of it. The dealership sold the warranty, it's their relationship with the warranty company that should be managed, not fall on the customer. The dealership's partnership with a warranty company is what buyers rely on to be taken care of. The sales staff oversold the actual coverage, the service department broke the bolt. I'm the victim of failed leadership and sales tactics of Tenvoorde Ford. My experience is being shared with others I know who bought and ordered multiple cars from Tenvoorde and I'll need to re-think doing any further business as well. More

Misleading untruthfully misleading by saying that the sticker price was 80 thousand new when infact we found the sticker was 62 when it was new. Agreed to a 4 thousand service contract only to find out they added another 8 thousand contract without my approval. They both did the same thing. I will drive by but will never stop. More

It has been almost two months and they were supposed to install a camera, fud flaps and there is no tray in the center counsel. I am still waiting. The communication has been xxxx. I will not recommend them for anything and will more than likely tell people to go somewhere else. I am very surprised with the lack of follow up. Very bad! More
