His son, falls in love with the automobile and establishes the nation's second Ford dealership. Business flourishes against the worst odds but then nearly falls into the hands of strangers. Current generation of family members expands the business and looks forward to 21st century. Tenvoorde Ford has an experienced and reliable Service and Parts departments that are open extra hours to help fit our customers' hectic schedule. Zach, we are sorry you felt this way and thank you for your service business. These scenarios are difficult when the customer owes so much more than the vehicle is worth. We use KBB, Manheim Auctions, recent sales market data along with overall condition of the vehicle when determining value. After we found out the situation you got put in with that vehicle, we tried to stretch as far as we felt comfortable for our business based on the above references. We tend to put our best offer upfront which take most of the negotiation out of the picture. Again, we are sorry for the situation and that you felt this way.
