2nd new vehicle purchase I finally pulled the plug and decided to trade in my F150 for a new model. I had usually worked with Mike Bower, but he was on vacation and had Eric I finally pulled the plug and decided to trade in my F150 for a new model. I had usually worked with Mike Bower, but he was on vacation and had Eric Anderson all lined up to answer his sales calls. Eric worked with me, and I ended up leasing a 2018 Ford explorer. Excellence of a dealer An automobile I had searched for in the past, happened to pop up on my feed in Facebook. The exact car I had been searching forat a better price then I had seen before. I called on the vehicle, left a message and they returned my call within 25 minutes. I made arrangements to see the car and test drive it, drove about 100 miles to see it, made arrangements and drove it home that afternoon. They were great to work with and very speedy getting back to me.. I can't say enough. They were wonderful!!! More

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchase Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchased it. After a tech looked at it they told us it would be $1200 to fix it, even though we were told it would be covered. Then they decided to fix another issue that popped up on the truck “out of good faith” without consulting us first. Then the managers argued with me calling me a liar and saying I was taking advantage of them. We ended up having to pay for repairs that we were told were covered. After all was said and done - the check engine light came back! We took it to another dealer to avoid the rudeness of Tenvoorde and turns out they never reprogrammed the truck after they installed the new parts! Avoid if you don’t want to spend unnecessary money and be called a liar. More

Low ballers Went here to look at a Super Duty. Terrible place. Low ball trade in offer way below KBB and Edmunds and other dealerships. Salesman (Jim) is not wort Went here to look at a Super Duty. If you're not ready to make the deal then and there, he has no interest in talking to you. I asked them to lock my truck when they were done looking at it, do you think they did? Nope and left the windows down! They also called and texted me repeatedly before I went in. Very annoying! Go to Holt in Cokato or Lundeen in Annandale. They appreciate your business a lot more than these scammers do! More
