2018 FORD ESCAPE REPAIR Mike in the service department was AWESOME! He got me a rental car, he made sure my life went on as normal while my vehicle was in the shop. He was in contact communicating issues, dates, times and met all of my expectations. While I was disappointed in the overall performance/failure of my vehicle, Tenvoorde Ford and it's staff made the experience simple and minimized the stress in having a vehicle failure.
