Great people fast and made things easy Erik responded to my email within 2 minutes and set up for me to come in and test drive the vehicle I was acquiring about. When I showed up I had the Erik responded to my email within 2 minutes and set up for me to come in and test drive the vehicle I was acquiring about. When I showed up I had the same quick response and it was just minutes before I was test driving the vehicle. After the test drive Erik passed me off to Kolin who was able to find me a loan to purchase the vehicle. Only fixed one of the two things that was agreed upon during the sale. Vehicle barely had gas in it, after the seller said he would have it ready with a full tank of gas. Lots of flaws that could have and should have been covered and as avoided by the dealer. More

Paid $200 and issue was not fixed p Awful experience, asked them to fix my wife’s 2011 Fusion heaters blower issue due to bad connection from pigtail. Paid $200 and issue was not fixed properly. Proceeded to try and sell me more new parts for another $500. I ended up fixing it myself at home for $130 and 20 minutes of labor. Also when they reinstalled the old resistor it was put in incorrectly. When I went to pick up the car the gal working the desk handed me the key and told me there was a map attached on where the car was out back. I asked if they could have it brought up front so I wouldn’t have to go search through their large lot, apparently that is not included in the customer service package, because she grumbled about it. She finally found someone to get the car and he went out there and started it and cleaned the snow off and proceeded to bring me the key back up to the lobby but not the car to the front! Had to ask again! Was planning on buying our next new F150 through Tenvoorde but will most likely be looking elsewhere now due to the poor customer service experience. Unfortunate as I would prefer to purchase a Ford through the local Ford dealership. More
