None lasting repair I had a censer issue with my 2013 Edge. They replaced the transmission shift mechanism and fixed problem. Now 2 1/2 years later. $400 to fix again. If that is all the longer repairs last, need to look else were to buy and service. I was getting calls from a receptionist, Angie, to set appointments to meet with Darin when I already had discussed when I would be in to see him next. Which was confusing and a bit too much. 10/10 would buy a car again from Darin and would recommend him to my friends and family. He made the process quick and easy. I have had the car for 2 weeks or so now, and am very pleased with my purchase and my interactions with Darin. More

Eh....unimpressed and not satisfied Bought a used vehicle. Had some minor things I wanted fixed. They refused to fix, said that’s what you get with a used vehicle. Ended up 5-7 days late Bought a used vehicle. Had some minor things I wanted fixed. They refused to fix, said that’s what you get with a used vehicle. Ended up 5-7 days later deciding I didn’t want the vehicle anymore. When asked what they could do for me they were unwilling to help me with other options. This was my second time around working with the sales rep and I thought they were a little pushy and then harsh when I decided I didn’t like the vehicle anymore. I’ll be waiting until enough of it is paid off and then trading it in else where. Would not recommend them again to anyone. More
