New vehicle purchase I just had the opportunity to purchase a new Ford Escape at Tenvorde Ford and had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The salesman I worked with was Darin Ennen and he was very accommodating in finding the right vehicle for me. He took time and answered all my questions. He was not pushy, like some salesmen can be. (I don't do well with pushy salesmen). Darin was knowledgeable and allowed me to test drive as many times as I needed to make sure I chose the right vehicle.. Darin continues to take care of me even after the sale. He allows me to contact him and he responds quickly to my questions. Great customer service. Darin also helped my husband several years ago in purchasing his Ford F150. When it is time to replace this vehicle, we will only work with Darin. Kolin Miley was also very helpful and easy to work with. He took time to find the best rates possible and helped me make the right decisions financially for my vehicle. He was probably one of the best finance consultants I have worked with, he even made me laugh. Great guy to work with. More

Great salesperson Darin was very helpful and knowledgeable. As soon he saw us, he helped us right away and he asked if we want to test drive the car. We received a letter regarding early lease return options We purchased a new Escape, which is our 4th one from this dealer. We were charged for the remaining payments on the lease. We did not benefit from bringing our Escape in early. The letter we got made it sound like there would be no penalty for ending the lease early. We were disappointed in the way our purchase of the new car was handled. We are not feeling good about the deal that we got. More

Also the was something else that broke, but they just covered it since they broke a spindle already. *Disclaimer* Ultimately the breaking of parts is my fault since I don't really wash my car so parts rust.
