Bad Experience Came in to puchase a truck after finding one we liked. First off-Alex, the salesman, was in a hurry to leave on Saturday afternoon. Was going to run numbers and get back to us on Monday. While working on our “preapproved” financing for this truck...Alex allowed another salesman to sell it. I addition, Alex also misquoted a price on another truck. And speaking for another friend who was there that same day, for a vehicle expressed great concerns with how terrible the service was. After looking at vehicles for an hour and no salesman came to assist her in looking, she went inside and waited another 30 minutes with no help. She had to call them while there to get any help. In the end, she had to call her husband to come over because service was so bad. More

Still waiting to hear back from them. I have had my truck in for previous recall work and it was a disaster. They told me I would get a call in a couple weeks so they could finish the reca I have had my truck in for previous recall work and it was a disaster. They told me I would get a call in a couple weeks so they could finish the recall work and haven’t heard nothing from them since. A friend of mine brought his truck in for the same work and it was done all in one day! I feel like these probate nice and all but really aren’t prepared for recall services. I have to drive 120 miles round trip and feel like they could care less about that. Maybe I should just buy local..... More
