Jody, we are sorry for your experience. It appears this stems from the conversations you had in February. First talking with the salesperson, then to accessory manager about a lift for the Bronco, and finally to finance manager without everyone knowing the full story. We dropped the ball in communication and would like to apologize and offer the opportunity to make it right. They did as I asked and they asked if I would like a vehicle wash, I said yes and they notified me when finished. It took very little time. Less than normal as it was a slow moment in the day. More
