We want to thank John Nichols on the "outstanding & professional" way that he assisted us in the purchase of our son's 2011 Kia Forte Koup. We had just purchased a Forte EX a few weeks earlier and felt the respect and concern from John for our family exceeded our previous sales experience. I also want to commend John with his prompt and courteous phone calls to answer any questions we might have. He went above and beyond in handling a "delicate situation" with a soon to be ex. We referred a coworker and her husband to the dealership on Monday and again and they told us John treated them very well (and they purchased a vehicle also). We will (and have) refer any one that is looking for a vehicle to call John Nichols at Tempe Kia. Our previous experience in purchasing our 2010 Toyota Prius was horrible, but purchasing from Tempe Kia is like buying from family. I walked into Tempe Kia with the intention to just look and drive a Kia Soul. Wade was standing outside but didn't maul me as most dealers do. He let me get out of my car and met me halfway. He let me choose the Soul I wanted and after the test drive we went to do numbers. I qualified for two rebates I didn't know about which helped me immensely. I had been to another Kia dealer and was unhappy, so I came to Tempe Kia and met James Lee. He was able to answer all of my questions. His knowlegde of my 2012 Sorento was outstanding. Everyone at the dealership was great, friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. The only drawback was having to go to the finance/accounting department after signing all the initial papers. I do not feel that anyone should have to wait for the financing. This should have been oompleted beforehand (especially when I requested that Everything be completed and ready ahead of time.) To have to wait 45 minutes after going through the initial paperwork then have to go financing/account is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Other than that, I feel that everything else went well and I want to that John Chavez and Justin Bean especially for taking over and trying to make everything a smooth and easy as possible. The other employees were also very helpful when needed. More
