I walked into Tempe Kia with the intention to just look and drive a Kia Soul. Wade was standing outside but didn't maul me as most dealers do. He let me get out of my car and met me halfway. Everyone at the dealership was great, friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. The only drawback was having to go to the finance/accounting department after signing all the initial papers. I do not feel that anyone should have to wait for the financing. This should have been oompleted beforehand (especially when I requested that Everything be completed and ready ahead of time.) To have to wait 45 minutes after going through the initial paperwork then have to go financing/account is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Other than that, I feel that everything else went well and I want to that John Chavez and Justin Bean especially for taking over and trying to make everything a smooth and easy as possible. The other employees were also very helpful when needed. More
