I liked how it felt comfortable there instead of feeling pushed into buying a car. Even ghough it was after closing time, they took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Working with Steve A. was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced. He was patient, friendly and went out of his way to introduce me to other employees that I would be inter buying experience I have ever experienced. He was patient, friendly and went out of his way to introduce me to other employees that I would be interacting with during the purchase process. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. Once I had decided that one of the vehicles I test drove was right for me, the negotiations were straight forward and in the end very fair. Even though the dealership was closed by the time I took delivery, Steve never tried to hurry the process and made sure I had a thorough briefing and understanding of the vehicle before finally seeing me on my way.
