Internet team was fantastic to work with and they did work as a "team". Greg, Keith & James worked with us in our interest, not theirs, which was refreshing. John was very helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy and none of that used car dealer feeling. We got a great deal on a slightly used minivan and a good deal on our "very used" car. They were really straight forward. They seemed to genuinely care about my wants and needs. They worked very hard to find a car within my budget. I liked how it felt comfortable there instead of feeling pushed into buying a car. Even ghough it was after closing time, they took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. More
Justin was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where the cars I was looking for were. He showed me many options of cars which met the guidelines I asked for. Justin actually found me a car below my price range which I appreciated more than anything. And I was able to fall in love with a car within the first minite I was test driving it. The rest of the employees I dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Usually car buying is stressful and overwhelming, but I did not feel that way at all due to the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. Also my car was cleaned quite good before they gave me the keys. Overall I had a great experience. More

Everyone involved demonstrated quality customer service and integrity, especially in follow up. Steve Averill and Dave Meares in particular went above and beyond in making us satisfied customers. (We brought our 2004 Sorento in for service at the same time we were purchasing the new vehicle, which is why we dealt with the service department also.) All positive and no negative, so what more could we want? More
