We were greeted by a friendly sales representative who ask if he could help us. He listened as we explained we were just starting out to look at cars whether new or used. We went in with a strict budget and recently having gone through bankruptcy. Our car was totalled in an accident and we were not sure we'd be able to replace it with a new one. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful without putting pressure on us to buy somthing we didn't want or could not afford. They worked with us to get what we wanted within our budget. Other dealerships were pushy and not straight forward. We didn't have any surprises with Kia in Tempe. More
The customer service here at Temp KIA is terrible. We purchased a new car and had called in regard to some things and it took a long time for them to get back to us. Also when dealing with Michelle in Fiance we ask her if a message was relayed to her that we called and she said no. Our biggest complaint is that we cancelled our mehanic service contract and that was on 4/6/12. KIA Fiance has yet to see the cancellation. Why does it take so long to get anything done? We love our KIA, but will never buy another KIA from this dealershp. More
This was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a car, and trust me when I saw we go through cars. I will recommend everyone I know that wants a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Kia to Warren! Normally the worst part of the buying experience is with finance! Howard was great to work with! He did not pressure us to an extended warranty and was very personable. They will defiantly be the first dealership we goto if we buy another call! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Tempe Kia. Even though I arrived late on a busy Sunday afternoon unannounced Rob Defenderfer (Internet Sales Manager) was patient and never made me feel ru Kia. Even though I arrived late on a busy Sunday afternoon unannounced Rob Defenderfer (Internet Sales Manager) was patient and never made me feel rushed. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact Optima Hybrid I wanted. He thoroughly went through all the features, etc. before I drove away in my spotless, freshly detailed new Optima. (Thank you to the detail crew who had to stay late on a Sunday!) Michelle in Finance was absolutely wonderful about explaining all the paperwork and so gracious about also having to stay late on a Sunday! Thank you to everyone at Tempe Kia for a great car-buying experience, I'm loving my Optima Hybrid!!! More
