Doug Notter was the Internet We have purchased vehicles over the years, but this was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had. Doug Notter was the Internet Sales manager that we worked with. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and did not rush us in a decision or try to sway us one way or another. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around. He let us drive numerous cars to compare and always made sure we were comfortable and understood what we were looking at. Things were delayed at the end of the process because they did not have enough finance people to handle the influx of sales, but that was the only negative in the whole experience. Even through all of the waiting, Doug kept coming back to check on us and made us feel like we were important. I would recommend Doug to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
