Went back after several phone calls that we need to come in towards the end of our lease and ended up leaving with a new lease. All seemed well until we received a bill from the finance company stating that we owed them money for a key (we turned in) and for the last 2 payments. It was never explained to us that we had to pay the last 2 payments on top of the new payments on the car we just left with. Why wasn't I able to drive both cars off the lot then if I still had to pay on the other one???? Salesman had me call for the buyout quote which I gave him. I assumed (you know what that means) that he wanted that information to add to the new lease especially since my lease payments went up on the new car. I was so very wrong. I am not sure why he wanted that information if they weren't going to pay it off and add to my new lease. If I had been told that I still have to pay on 2 cars for 2 months , I would have said I will just come back when my lease ends. Never given that option at all. Then my license plate never comes in that was supposed to. So they lost my key (turned up magically when we called to complain), never got a new plate (they had to renew my temp tag and request a new plate, guess it slipped their minds), and neglected to inform me or give an option about my payoff! Called and have been getting a huge run around. Basically they blamed me for the non communication. I am new to the lease game! I thought it was like buying a new car! I have done that before. They pay off your old car and add to the new. Your payment goes up but, you leave with a new car and the leasing company isn't sending you a letter in the mail asking you to pay over $500 in 15 days! Bottom line is that my next car will not be a Kia again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Reason being is that we tried to get Kia Finance to help, the Corporate office of Kia to help and the dealership. They all say that they are not affiliated with each other! Take out the name Kia from all of your names then if you are not willing to help when you guys screw up. I told the Kia GM "wouldn't you want to know if you still owe money on something before you sign a new contract?" Aren't you supposed to tell people that?!?! I trusted Tempe Kia and that is a shame on you there will not be a shame on me. Can't wait to get out of this lease and go with a car company that will at least pretend to care about their customers. Thanks Kia for your awesome customer service (I say that with great sarcasm and, I wish you could see my facial expression too). Oh yeah, I almost forgot. They do use their caller ID if you have a problem and they don't have the answer. They will disconnect or not pick up the phone or just transfer to a non working extension. 9 times I called one day before the GM picked up. Update: After speaking with the GM in person, all of our issues have been resolved. The GM was very helpful and understanding. We will be returning for a new lease in 3 years. Thank you very much! Easy Purchase I recently bought a new Kia Soul, and I bought it from Brandon and Frank. I talked with 3 other dealers, and these guys at Tempe Kia were able to get me the best price and make it worth my while. I'd recommend dealing with these guys, especially with their new showroom! Full of great surprises! Went in to look at a Kia Soul. Bill Vanskyhock from the internet sales department showed me the exact car I asked to see. I wanted a base model, and he told me about the other packages available, but was not pushy, only informative. When it came time to make the deal, Bill went above and beyond to get me financed at the price I needed. My wife had never purchased a new car before and was surprised at how easy the whole process was. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will not use Tempe Kia again! I brought my new Kia Cadenza in for a steering pull to the left. Got it back with a pull to right. Brought it in 3 more times and each time they sai I brought my new Kia Cadenza in for a steering pull to the left. Got it back with a pull to right. Brought it in 3 more times and each time they said it was fixed and that it drove straight. Still pulled hard right. They told me there was nothing wrong it was me feeling the car grabbing the uneven road conditions. Took it to Horn Kia and they found it to be out of alignment over 1 degree. They had to work with the Kia engineers to figure out to fix it but they got it done. 4 worn out tired and 40,000 miles later my car finally drives straight. I would not go to Tempe Kia, use Horn Kia. Oh and as a Cadenza owner I was supposed to get a complementary loaner car. All I got fro Tempe Kia was a lift in a dirty shuttle. More

This dealership has the worst in customer service for lease ending. 4 Months before my lease ended they called me and stated that they needed to talk to me about my lease. I asked them when lease was my least ending and they informed me in 05/16. Not sure what the problem was but I made the appointment and arrived on time. After being there for @2 min finally figured out what they were doing. It was not about my end of lease as much as trying to get me to lease another car. I informed the salesman that I had not even thought about another car lease and what car I wanted. After much haggling I told them I would lease but my payment had to be under $300. They inspected my car and told me what they could offer .They kept trying to negotiate a $312. After much back and forth I told them I was not interested and would comeback in May. Came back in May and I called to make appointment to finalize the paper work. I get there and the person I was supposed to meet (Jerry Rush) is off that day. They search for person to help me and they find a person who really does not understand leasing and had to keep going to a manager to ask how to do it. To make matters worse, they claimed that they do not inspect the car right there. Some Kia representative would have to inspect the car, to leave the car and they would get back to me in 1 week. Ok why did they inspect it the 1st time, but not the 2nd time? Was it because I was not leasing or buying their car? hmmm.. Who knew what would happen to the car in that 1 week in their lot when they took it away. After 1 week the so called "lease manager" Nick calls me and ask how my experience was. I explained everything and he sounded reeeeeaaaal apologetic and concerned about my experience and said he would talk to the managers and sales people about it and would call me back about it. (Like I really believed that). Well guess what it’s been 3 days and no callback. I did not expect one and I do not want another conversation with this dealership. I would avoid this dealership, there is too many other Kia's dealerships out there that want your money. More

Education over Strong-Arm Sales Doug placed a precedence over educating me about the 2015 Kia Optima that I was interested in before even mentioning anything about price, financing, Doug placed a precedence over educating me about the 2015 Kia Optima that I was interested in before even mentioning anything about price, financing, etc. This was an extremely welcome conversation as opposed to the constant strong-arm tactics of other dealers, Doug simply wanted to help me make the best-informed decision I possibly could to make sure I was happy with whatever conclusion I reached. I went to two other dealerships in the valley, both of which were much closer to where I live, after spending my morning at Tempe Kia. None of the other lots matched the friendly environment of Tempe Kia, and no other salesman cared to make sure I was informed about the vehicle (only ever leading off with the stereotypical "what can I do to help you get in this vehicle today?") Thank you Doug; Thank you for actually caring about your customers. More
