The driving here in AZ is horrible, yet I have always returned to Tempe Kia to buy my cars. About three weeks ago, someone hit me in my 2014 Kia Sorento SX that I just bought. The car was totaled by my insurance company (StateFarm). I had to return to Tempe Kia to buy my 4th car. Because of budget and what was available, I was only able to get a base model 2018 Kia Sorento (V4) engine. I drove it for three weeks and ended up hating it. Two days ago, I was looking on the website and found that they had gotten in a few Kia Sorento's in they were all SX version (which I had). I contacted them and settled on the deep cherry red one. I'm in love with my car again. I have to say, the guys in this dealership are excellent. I have never been disappointed or walked away unsatisfied. Branden Bender (Manager) excellent man to work with. He has always been accommodating and willing to please and very honest. He wants to help! My salesperson Sal was excellent as well, this is our second transaction together. My financial person "William Collins" was amazing and willing to help. He did so much for me. I cannot say anything negative about this location or the people in it. It's the first time in my 35 years of driving I have been to a dealership where I don't feel like I'm being tricked into doing something. I cannot say enough positive about these people. Thank you!!!
