Good Service I have been browsing new cars for a while. While my car was being serviced in the shop I was looking at cars. I told him I was planning to buy a new car in a few months and was "just looking" He inquired about the type of car I wanted then led me straight to a car he thought I would like. I fell in love with the second car I looked at and we took it for a drive. He was not aggressive and I never felt pressure when he was offering ways I could have the car today. Both he and the manager worked with me on financing and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I drive a 2006 Kia Rio. I was informed there were several repairs that needed to be done at a cost of $2000. Heck no! I bought the car! Patrick is very friendly, as well as, the whole staff. Great experience. Thank you, Kathleen Williams More

Disappointed again! My wife and I had a bad experience with Tempe Kia a few years ago when we purchased her Kia Soul. The sales agent misrepresented features on the vehic My wife and I had a bad experience with Tempe Kia a few years ago when we purchased her Kia Soul. The sales agent misrepresented features on the vehicle that were not discovered until after the paperwork was signed. The sales agent also misplaced the second set of keys for the vehicle. We were left outside in the heat for almost an hour while he went off looking for them. Not a single member of management came out to speak with us during this whole ordeal. This was my wife's first NEW vehicle and the entire experience was ruined. Fast forward a few years we are now ready to purchase our next vehicle, a Kia Sedona. We located one through Autotrader at Tempe Kia. We were hesitant to even reach out to this dealer due to our past experience, but decided to give them a second chance. I submitted an inquiry through the vehicle's listing on the Tempe Kia website. I received an initial response from Jessica who put me in touch with Iain, the Internet Sales Manager. I was immediately asked when we could come down to the dealership. I explained how much I'd be able to spend on the vehicle and wanted to know if this was even a possibility before coming down. We only had a small window of time to make the visit and it would require getting a babysitter for our child. Iain assured me they would be respectful of my time and be ready for us when we came down. We set a time for 11AM the next day. My wife and I got a babysitter, drove down to the dealership, and arrived at the exact time discussed. We were greeted by Guillermo who took us to the vehicle. When we got to the vehicle, we discovered that it had already been purchased the day before and was just waiting to be picked up by the new owner. We were very unhappy that the dealership didn’t make any efforts to notify us that the vehicle was sold before we got there. So our time was not respected and was completely wasted. We did not expect them to hold the vehicle for us, but not notifying us that it had been sold is just simply unacceptable. We received an email from Bill, the Internet Director, apologizing for the mishap, but the damage had already been done and our faith in this dealership lost. To make things worse, Iain sent an email later that evening thanking us for the business. This just goes to show how poor the communication is at this dealership. Needless to say, we do not recommend this dealership and will not be back again. More
