Great Customer Service! Like others, I had brought in my car (leased 2015 Kia Soul) for servicing, and left with a new purchased one... I had intended to turn my lease into Like others, I had brought in my car (leased 2015 Kia Soul) for servicing, and left with a new purchased one... I had intended to turn my lease into a purchase at the end of the lease contract anyway, because I love it so much; so a purchase a bit earlier made sense in order to get a 3 years newer car. It was complicated a bit by the fact that they didn't have my sweet Caribbean Blue color available on the lot, but they went the extra mile to procure one from a dealer across town with the package I was wanting. I think Carl and I were the last ones out of the building that night, but I love my new Caribbean Blue car! Nick also helped me the next day to get my navigation connections all set, so thanks to him as well. More

Not bad for car sales. I went in for a service appointment and came out with a new car (I was half planning this when I went in). Joe Singleton assisted me and made the proc I went in for a service appointment and came out with a new car (I was half planning this when I went in). Joe Singleton assisted me and made the process fun; although he was new and still learning, he was patient and willing to find me answers. This dealership, including the auto service center has always impressed me, clean place, friendly staff, and they take good care of you while you're there. I felt good about the deal I was offered. If I had one recommendation it would be for the finance department to clearly articulate fees for things such as the "Smart Plan" and additional expenses the alarms and gap insurance, etc. He did a nice job explaining pieces of it but I don't feel I had a comprehensive picture of how much it would add to the cost of the car. Other than that, I didn't feel pressured and they sweetened the deal just a bit because I've been a loyal Kia owner (this is my 5th). This one is especially awesome! More

Good Service I have been browsing new cars for a while. While my car was being serviced in the shop I was looking at cars. Patrick walked up to me and offered as I have been browsing new cars for a while. While my car was being serviced in the shop I was looking at cars. Patrick walked up to me and offered assistance. I told him I was planning to buy a new car in a few months and was "just looking" He inquired about the type of car I wanted then led me straight to a car he thought I would like. I fell in love with the second car I looked at and we took it for a drive. He was not aggressive and I never felt pressure when he was offering ways I could have the car today. Both he and the manager worked with me on financing and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I drive a 2006 Kia Rio. I was informed there were several repairs that needed to be done at a cost of $2000. Heck no! I bought the car! Patrick is very friendly, as well as, the whole staff. Great experience. Thank you, Kathleen Williams More
