I went in convinced I was going to purchase a used KIA Sportage and left with a brand new 2019 KIA Soul. The hardest decision I had to make that day was what color I wanted my car to be. (A part of me still thinks I should have gotten red!). John let me go over multiple possibilities with numbers and we were able to come up with the best option for me. Rory is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew every feature of my car. I didn't feel pressured at all, they let me drive all of the cars I had looked at before I went to the dealership and gave me space to go from contemplating purchasing the used Sportage to deciding on a 2019.
