They over inflated my tires during a routine oil change to a level that is posing a safety hazard in 110° heat. I have brand new tires and I’m most likely going to suffer a blowout trying to get back to th to a level that is posing a safety hazard in 110° heat. The service was pretty quick and efficient. I appreciated being kept in the loop. Bought a vehicle from Tempe Kia late last year, which was my daughter's first car purchase. I requested gap insurance through Tempe Kia Finance (Mike H), but later discovered it was not included. While I should have noticed this at the time, the excitement of the new car and my unwarranted trust in the Kia finance manager led me astray. Three witnesses attest to requesting the addition, yet the finance team at Tempe Kia did not fulfill their commitment to their client. The service is disappointing, especially considering the necessity and initial reason for requesting it: to safeguard a new car owner. This follows closely after being informed by Tempe Kia that the warranty we purchased was canceled and is not valid for maintenance. Now, we find ourselves in need of that warranty again, only to discover it was not included. I recommend either avoiding Tempe Kia altogether or implementing validation steps to prevent being treated similarly by a company that prioritizes sales over client care. More
