For me it's the people that make the experience horrible or fantastic and Flash definitely made this usually pain in the butt process of buying a vehicle enjoyable. Hands down the best car-buying experience ever thanks to Flash. Initially, my son and I went to just look at cars. I let Flash know that I wasn’t trying to go in the building because I didn’t want to buy YE Flash. Initially, my son and I went to just look at cars. He respected my wish and not once did he try to pressure us into buying anything and instead walked us around the lot and let my son sit in a few of the cars all while dropping so much knowledge not only about purchasing a vehicle but life in general. He was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. Long story short, my son and I went back the next day and purchased a car. Thank you Flash for all the knowledge and helping Sim get into a good, reliable car! More
Was given a 7:00am appointment for a required recall. Upon arrival, I was told mechanics don't show up until 8:00am! While waiting outside, I witness the lady who checked me in, come out at least ten times to record vehicle information on newly dropped off vehicles. (My specific recall was estimated to take between an hour or two to complete.) After waiting three hours, I went inside to inquired how much longer it wold be? She stated that it had already been completed! However, they had failed to bring my vehicle around front to the pickup location wher I had been waiting the entire time, or inform me it was finished! It is inconceivable how little respect or value they place on their customer's time! More
