I am very disappointed in this dealership. I went up there to get a vehicle called ahead to make sure it was still there and everything was all set up to go as the dealership is an hour and a half away. there to get a vehicle called ahead to make sure it was still there and everything was all set up to go as the dealership is an hour and a half away. I had already worked out a deal with one of the salesman tentative on everything I was telling them was accurate, which it was. When I got there the car was pulled up with my name and appointment which I thought was a great little thing to do. Except no one knew where the key was! After sitting down with another sales person (I mentioned I already had a deal ready) they tried to renegotiate and offer me lower for my trade in by 5k then was originally offered. They were able to find the deal and honor the original trade in finally, after they honored that though they tried to up the price on the car! Thankfully I caught the mark up and the brought it back to the original price. The vehicle I took delivery of has scratches on it (yes a brand new car with scratches). I mentioned the scratches and they said they would get them out after 4+ hours at the dealership I was ready to leave and take my kids home, guess what scratches still there. No demonstration or attempt at showing me the vehicle features was ever taken which is something that should happen on every new car. I received a follow up after I did a survey mentioning the scratches and there remedy was to send me a marker to color in the scratches myself! It’s a new vehicle and I have to fix it because they didn’t want me to bring it back and for them to remedy the situation. Good news though, two months later and I still don’t have the marker! So I guess there remedy was just words saying they would do something and not following through so I would change my survey. As someone who in the last 3 years has bought 5 brand new vehicles this has been the absolute worst dealership experience and I would not recommend this dealership and will not be returning for my next new vehicle. More
