My experience with the dealership was phenomenal. UPDATE: Got rid of the vehicle! Fortunately for me, I will not be a repeat customer. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews-- they pressure you to review at the dealer and most people aren't bothered by upd will not be a repeat customer. It's really too bad-- the vehicle, other than being lied to about wasn't bad-- the management and aftercare team is abhorrent. Lied to throughout process. Asked to come in for follow up meeting with Chuck Flair and Frankie. Chuck was unprepared and could not have cared less-- he was more concerned with his outlook and sipping his latte while not even turning music down. Katelyn (GM) has assured me that low oil from the factory is normal and they are not responsible for topping that off. Most unprofessional car buying experience I've ever had followed up by complete disrespect and lack of care. More
