I have had no issues with Tempe Kia’s Service Department. I purchased my Kia from Horne Kia only because they had the only Sedona in town with the color and package I needed. I have no reason to trust the Sales Department so why would I trust the Service Department. If you enter their doors beware. More
Took care of everything and kept in communication with me so I knew what was going on and since my poor Sportage tried to kill itself, the repair and replacement took weeks, not days, this was really appreci so I knew what was going on and since my poor Sportage tried to kill itself, the repair and replacement took weeks, not days, this was really appreciated. Paula Screili has always taken care of me when it comes to my 3 vehicles that I have with KIA. She is always MOST HELPFUL!!! She always lets me know where they are at when it comes to my car being worked o to my 3 vehicles that I have with KIA. She is always MOST HELPFUL!!! I got an oil change last Thursday on the July 8th and I started hearing a loud noise on the left side as I drove back to Las Vegas. I took my car to Jim Marsh Kia Friday and dropped it off. I was told I started hearing a loud noise on the left side as I drove back to Las Vegas. I took my car to Jim Marsh Kia Friday and dropped it off. I was told I would have an answer Tuesday as to what is wrong with my car. Today I called and now Bailey Trevino tells me to extended my rental out to at least Thursday. It I have a warranty on my car and I didn’t buy my car there. But my warranty can be used at any Kia Dealership and I just need a honest answer about how long my car going to be there. Bailey told me I can take my car somewhere else. If I knew what was wrong with my car is one thing, but not knowing what is wrong and having to wait on an answer and not having a complimentary rental car is not right. Bailey asked me who worked on my car last and I told him Tempe Kia. He told me that Tempe Kia left front tire lug nuts were not tighten. I had to pay to get the front brakes and rotors don along with a wheel alignment, a new tire and a tire rim. With the car repair and rentals along with the Uber and Lyft rides, I was out of 3768.17. I called Tempe Kia and git Scott Purtle email and sent him.the invoices, but he denied fault. I am trying to report Tempe Kia to get my money for repairs not caused by me. Once I get out of my warranty period. I will not go to any Kia Dealerships for anything. I will not buy another Kia again because this is too much for me. More
