I had scheduled an appointment on line but the sales person I was supposed to see was not there but I was promptly helped by another sales person Byron, who went above and beyond to help me with my purc person I was supposed to see was not there but I was promptly helped by another sales person Byron, who went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of a new vehicle. I had a trade in, and he made the process so easy to say the least. He listened to me and knew the type of car I wanted, and never pressured me to get a car I did not want. He even delivered the car to me on his day off. Great customer service. More
Ben Fields sold me a car that was damaged. I’m sure he didn’t know it. It was difficult to see. That’s why I didn’t see it when I inspected the car. But I noticed it when I got the car home. when I brough didn’t know it. It was difficult to see. That’s why I didn’t see it when I inspected the car. But I noticed it when I got the car home. when I brought it to his attention, he lied and said the damage wasn’t there when I drove off the lot. He knows the damage was there. The manager, Katelyn Hall, backed up his lie. These people are dishonest. And they certainly don’t care about their customers. Beware. You could be next!!! More
