My service consultant was Jairo. He was attentive to my concerns and addressed each one. He and the service team brought some new concerns to my attention that explained an increasing noise I have heard for years. When I complained about it to other service consultants - it was ignored. The fact that Tempe Kia found the problem and offered an explanation of the need for repair was great. Even better is no longer hearing the noise. I also requested a repair that was found unnecessary. Jairo stated they tested my concern and found no need for repair. It's refreshing to find a team that isn't focused on unnecessary repairs to pad their coffers. Lastly, I needed to rent a car. Hertz was not the most helpful. Jairo didn't complain or berate Hertz. Jairo simply provided me a refund of the money Tempe Kia allows for the rental. I want to give special credit to Jairo. He is an avid listener, helpful, patient and pleasant. THANK YOU JAIRO! More
I purchased a 2022 kia k5 from tempe kia. I also had all of my service done there. On my last oil change they tech decided it was not important enough to tighten my drain plug. The service manager never called all contact was done through email. The desk manager was rude and dismissive. I even sent an email to the general manager on April 19th it is now May 2and received no response. They did replace the engine and paid for my rental. I asked if this was going to be reported to carfax and was told they did not know. I was even considering purchasing and upgraded k5 but they would not even talk about it. I did find our the same model car that I was considering buying from them was $4000 cheaper at Gilbert kia. More
The service was GREAT! !! I did not get the salesman's name but I was extremely happy with his service. He was very helpful and patient with me, doing his best to put me in !! I was also extremely happy with the finance gentlemen who was also very, very helpful. I did not feel pressured with the persons I worked with and for that I am very grateful. I have no problem referring Tempe Kia to my friends and acquaintances. Thank You for all you did to provide me with such great service. More
