I have been overly impressed with the cost of repairs and non pressure sales of other repairs. Sent in an online message about a vehicle in stock and was told it had a deposit. Which would have been nice if it was marked "as sale in process" on the site. Soon as I sent my message, indicating I would like to be contacted via email, I was proceeded to have been called a couple times, text messaged a couple of times, and emailed. Really didn't like the first interaction already. Soon as I replied to the email. It took a while, after being told I would need to order one, I asked yet again, the out the door price, mark ups, and additional mandatory optional items, and then I was finally told that they do a mark up if I were to order one. Told them to remove my inquiry. It took a while, but they finally answered my initial question of mark ups. They listed the vehicle I was looking at with a 5k mark up. Please stop giving into dealership markups and mandatory "optional" addons. Please stop ripping off customers with these practices and tactics of getting people on the lot if you're not going to be 100% upfront with questions from the start. More
