Answered my email questions and send me some inventory prices. I called him back, we set up an appointment for the same day. When I arrived, he was there ready to show me the inventory and answer all my technical questions. We agreed on a price deal. We went over the functions on the car. The car went to final detail, we met with Vince the finance manager. He had a system to expedite the paperwork process. He was very friendly and professional. Christian returned the car, we did a final inspection ( all in order). Christian went over all the technical features of the car again. As he handed me the keys, he assured me that Honda was an extremely reliable car but if I had any problems to call him and he would be there to make sure the problems were handled quickly and efficiently. Today, Christian called me as a follow up and again stated any questions or problems contact him immediately. He thanked me again on his behalf and also from Tempe Honda.
