Good Waiting Room Refreshments, Dunno About Service They have free water and coffee and snacks and a vending machine for buying other drinks and snacks. They did my 2004 Accord airbag recall and didn't wash the car, but it went fast, I used the shuttle. They also "inspected" my car in order to recommend many other services that my car "needed". I elected to do none of them as I am a DIY person. I think most places do the same thing, possibly lying about what your car needs fixing, such as dirty power steering fluid, cracked suspension bushings, or motor mounts. Always get things checked out yourself before agreeing to have repairs performed and get the old parts and confirm they look like the new part, etc. More

I purchased my vehicle (5 years ago) there and got my ba I've revisited Tempe Honda last weekend for checking and replacing the battery on my car. I purchased my vehicle (5 years ago) there and got my battery (2 years ago) replaced there. The battery has a 3-year warranty and recently got low capacity. I didn't schedule an appointment, but got a immediately help when I arrived. The salesman, Fernando Salazar, took my car and provided the service flawlessly. The total waiting time is around 45 minutes. Now the battery is replaced and works without any problem. Looking forward revisits in the future! More
