Ken was so helpful. We had an appt at 1pm to fix our daughter’s car. We recently had it fixed somewhere else and it wasn’t switching gears well. The transmission fluids was just about completely drained daughter’s car. We recently had it fixed somewhere else and it wasn’t switching gears well. The transmission fluids was just about completely drained. He explained everything and showed us the part that was damaged. It was replaced by 530 as promised and is safe for her to drive at college again. Not only that he gave us the recent with what work was done and the defective part. The other company is going to give us a full refund once we provide the receipts. Thank you Ken for all your attention to us. Now we feel safe with her driving again thanks to everyone at Tempe Honda. More
