Junior the salesman was amazing non pushy, understand and kind. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Do not purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Tempe Honda. In October we purchased a 2019 Certified pre owned Odyssey. The car had 19000 miles when purchased, and now 3 months later has 22,000 miles. In Decemb October we purchased a 2019 Certified pre owned Odyssey. The car had 19000 miles when purchased, and now 3 months later has 22,000 miles. In December, when we had put roughly 1500 miles on it, we noticed the car shaking when we would break. At that point the car was still brand new to us (we had not even made our first payment). A brand new car, especially certified pre-owned should not be having problems. When we brought it in to Tempe Honda today, Ian in the service center talked down to us and made us feel stupid and gave us a lecture on how to drive and break. He said the rotars were shaking because of wear and tear. At that point we had put 1,500 miles on our car, rotars should last 30,000-70,000 (and we are not even at 30,000 miles). In the end we ended up having to pay $250 for new rotors for our brand new car. In addition, our car had to have motors in two windows repaired and have the gears re-programmed. A new car should NOT be having these issues. Bottom line, only purchase a used car here if you want a used car with a list of problems (that they will make you pay to fix). More
