Service department has terrible customer service! Dropped my car off at 4pm for an 8:30am appointment the next day. Finally called another service advisor I had worked with before and he actually did call me back at 3:30pm and said “oh they finished your car last night didn’t someone call or text you “ - not! So frustrating -how do they stay in business? More
