I have been needing a new vehicle for a while. After having my first car since I was sixteen, at 34 it felt time for an upgrade. Immediately when my boyfriend and I parked, Luis came up and introduced himself. He was friendly, professional and helped me a lot with the numerous questions that I had about vehicles today. I was just planning on looking around and we did test drive a few cars. Luis was patient and knew all the features and bells and whistles that came with each specific vehicle. I continued to shop around the Autoplex, but really wasn't as impressed with the vehicles or the people there. Another dealership, no one came up to talk to us, and my boyfriend and I just wandered the other lot and sat in cars. So after lunch, we went back to Honda, and although Luis was busy at the time, we got to work with Austin. He was great as well! Very friendly and worked with me to give me the time to ask questions, call my mom for advice, and gave me several options for my future vehicle. I am a person who will keep my car until it is falling apart, so I decided on a beautiful Honda Ridgeline and could not be happier. It is a beautiful vehicle, I know it will be dependable and since I will be working with Honda Tempe to maintain my vehicle for the next 10+ years, I am very happy. Even the finance manager Jay was a delight. Everyone was friendly, but in a genuine way, and after a crazy personal year, buying a vehicle from Tempe Honda was the easiest decision and process I have experienced. The dealership had a good selection of the vehicle we were looking for. The sales person (Efrain) helped us through the process with very little pressure and listened to what we were looking for. After several delays and no customer service with a Carvana order, we were out of time and tried a dealership. We originally tried Superstition Springs Honda but were turned off when they lied about their inventory saying they had no used Odysseys and tried steering us into a new vehicle outside our budget. The sales manager was incredibly rude to us when we tried negotiating the price of the used vehicle they had listed on AutoTrader. Lucky for us, we were in touch with Matt Heinrich at Tempe Honda who knew our situation. He let us know about a used vehicle that had come in and was able to get us a fair price. We love the car and the customer service we got at Tempe Honda. Big thanks to Matt for being friendly and making the experience easy! More
